Upon approval of your dealer application, you will be granted access to the Coremax dealer portal. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Coremax reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, inactivity, or fraudulent activity.

4. Products & Pricing

• All products are sold exclusively to approved dealers and authorized parts shops — not directly to consumers
• Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary by pricing tier
• Product availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to supply constraints
• Product images and descriptions are for reference only and may not reflect exact packaging

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order through the dealer portal constitutes an offer to purchase. Coremax reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Once an order is confirmed:

• Payment terms are as agreed upon in your dealer account setup
• Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they have been processed for shipment
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
• Applicable taxes (HST/GST) will be added to the order total

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including logos, trademarks, text, images, product designs, and software — is the property of Coremax Solutions and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not:
